What are my delivery options?
All of our orders ship within 24 hours of purchase (does not include weekends).
We currently ship orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service within Canada, Small Packet Service to USA. For every orders, we provide a CITES Export Permit free of charge at your request. The CITES Export Permit is needed for orders shipped out of Canada.
*Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed by the postal service.
How much is shipping?
For a limited time only, we provide free shipping for all orders over $100 within Canada; otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping within Canada and to the US. For other countries, please contact us.
Delivery times
The estimated time for delivery within Canada is from 1 to 5 business days. Please add an additional day for delivery to rural areas.
Do you charge sales tax?
No, American ginseng is an agriculture product, which has zero-rated sales tax rate.

邮寄服务:
我们采用加拿大快递邮包服务，加拿大所有订单超过100块免邮。加拿大以外每个订单我们提供出口文件（CITES，如上图所示）。如果你想通过邮寄的方式出口西洋参而且数量不超过4.5KG（10LB），我们可以免费提供此证以便于你安全放心地将货物寄到目的地。
邮寄时间:
正常情况下，包裹会在寄出1-4天收到。因天气情况或其他特殊原因，客户需预留多些运输时间。
特别声明：我们不承担包裹推迟或因特殊情况返还等问题，亦不对丢失或被盗包裹负责。
